A health service expansion of immense proportions is taking place on the Gold Coast. The next five years will see the Gold Coast Health Service District undergo one of the largest health infrastructure transformations ever undertaken in Australia.

The ambitious plan has been developed to accommodate the future health needs of the region. The key components incorporate Robina Hospital Stage One, Robina Hospital Stage Two and Three, and the Gold Coast University Hospital.

Planning is also underway to accommodate the interim needs of the population while the major projects are being completed.
