Palm Beach Community Centre is located at 9 Fifth Avenue Palm Beach. It is a three level multi-disciplinary centre that provides community health programs and clinics for adults and children.  These health services include child and adult mental health care, psychology, indigenous health care and oral health care. The centre also provides assistance through social workers, speech therapy and chronic disease programs such as diabetic support and education programs.

Reception is located on the ground floor along with Community and Child Health, Podiatry, Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy. The needle exchange program is also located on the ground floor. The Oral Health Clinic, located on Level 1, has 4 dental chairs, and Level 2 accommodates the Adult Mental Health Unit lead by Dr Paul Rogers and Dr Heinz Albrecht.
