Helensvale Community Centre is located at 105 Lindfield Road Helensvale and provides a range of adult and child community health services. This includes community nursing assessments, wound management and home visits. Allied health treatment and assessment includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, psychology, dietetics and podiatry. Pharmacy services are also provided.

Clinics such as Indigenous health, chronic diseases, cardiac rehabilitation, amputee and continence advisory are offered.   “Lighten Up’, “Breath Easier” and “Diabetes Education” programs are also offered to clients. Child Health services include Psychology, Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, Audiometry and Community Nursing services.

Parking is available underneath the Centre and on Lindfield Drive.
