Carrara Health Centre is located at 45 Chisholm Road, Carrara.

Opening to patients in May 2008, Carrara Health Centre provides an innovative model of care designed to enhance client comfort. It is ideal for patients who have been in hospital and need more time and care before returning home or whilst seeking a permanent place in a nursing home.

Patients are admitted to Carrara Health Centre via Gold Coast and Robina Hospitals following referral and successfully meeting eligibility criteria. The focus of care will be on recovery, building independence and quality of life in a therapeutic environment through a tailored rehabilitation or interim care program.

A daily shuttle service is provided from Gold Coast and Robina Hospitals.
